 Yep. Con, you really kicked some you know what!!! LOL You are safe for another week and that puts you in the top "9"!!!! Something you can be proud of!! I was sorry to see Jessica go. I was glad to see Scott stay. Last night was the first night that he didn't improve from the week before imo so I'm glad he gets to hang around and do a better job next week! I think he's most likely a real sweetheart of a guy. I hate to see good guys lose out.

 So I wonder what's in store for us next week?? The Theme?? Your guess is as good as mine. Connie, just keep using your assets and work hard! I'd like to see you in the top 3 at the very least. We'll take what we get but the top 3 is a good place for you. Maybe even the top two. I would love to see a rocker duel!! There hasn't been anything close to that kind of excitement since Ruben and Clay and imo...the wrong guy won but I think that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Red Lobster and Dwain

Dwain came down from Texas today. I love that guy so much! I wish we had more time to spend together but he had to get back to Texas. We went to Red Lobster for dinner and since I don't like seafood, I got the Cajun Chicken Pasta and a Apple Walnut salad. I also indulged in a few Top Shelf Margaritas. YUMMY!!! Now I'm tired and need to go to bed. It was a short but great visit. I'm going to Texas in June to see him if I can arrange to get off of work. He's one of the best guys you could ever hope to meet. I had a great time and will miss him a bunch!!!

Depressed and scared

I've got some personal crappyola going on as some of you may know. I am so depressed and worried out of my mind. I have to remember to keep the faith and believe that everthing will be alright. Those of you that have me in your prayers, I really appreciate it and it gives me more strength than you can ever imagine. It's great to have friends who care. I love you all and with your help and faith in God, I will get through all of this and everything will be just fine. I have to keep believing that!! : )

American Idol Redo

Last night, they had to pretty much re-air Tuesday night's American Idol due to the wrong phone numbers being put up for 3 of the contestants. Although it was a bit of an annoyance, it was ok with me. It just meant that I got to see Connie do "I think I love you" again!! That was the best performance of the night!! LOL Maybe not vocally , but entertainment wise!!! It broke up the monotony and added some fun to the show!!! I loved it and I just adore Constantine. If anyone out there who thinks he doesn't have a clue, I assure you..he knows exactly what he was doing!!! He is making sure he gets noticed!!! It's working! He is one of the most talked about Idols this season. No..not all of it is good but it keeps his name out there rolling along. Constantine is a smart man. At first glance you may see somewhat of a quirky, smirky, goofball. A lovable one!! But if you pay close attention, the man's brain is working overtime. He uses his acting skills combined with his singing skills and it works very well for him!!! He's being himself and he's different and doesn't take the whole Idol competition or himself too seriously. This is just my opinion but I promise you that if you take the time to actually pay attention and watch as well as listen to him without thinking about his hotness, charisma, and sexy eyes and without hating on him, you'll see what I'm talking about. The stage is like home to him. He works it well. With or without Idol, we haven't seen or heard the last of Constantine Maroulis!!!

I hope to God that Mikalah gets the boot tonight. I just can't stand her. I'm sure she's a nice person but she grates on my nerves!! No idea how she got this far. I know last week she went right before Con so I'm guessing that a lot of Con's votes were misdialed and ended up as votes for Mikalah! Seriously, is there any other reasonable explanation for her to be in the top twelve other than a serious mistake???? 

Speaking of mistakes, I have to return to my job in hell tomorrow. God help me!!! Anywho, I'll probably be back tonight to praise my man because I know he's gonna ROCK no matter what song he sings!!! : )

The Ring 2

Like most sequels,  The Ring 2 sucked!!! I didn't like it at all. You might want to scratch this one off of your "to see" list.  In fact, I know you do. It seemed long but that might be due to it being so boring. Why is it so difficult to make a good sequel?? I just don't get it. I mean I know they can't make it like the original but you would think they would be able to add to it, continue the story and have it make sense. ARRRGHHH!! The remake of "Amytiville Horror" is due out soon . Maybe that one will be good. It's not a sequel so that's a good sign!! LOL Anyway, I'll give it a whirl when it comes out.

Ah!! My last day in hell is today!! At least for the next three days! I'm so glad! I've worked my ass off yet again and I'm ready for my well earned days off!! I hope today will be an easy day but it's doubtful. What am I going to do?? Catch up on the laundry and do some cleaning then on Sunday I think I'm going to go see The Ring 2. It looks pretty good. I know I've already said that but sometimes it takes two or three times to get my point across. What's my point? I'm deprived of leisure time so the few things I do get out and do, I have to talk about repeatedly to make it seem as though I actually did something besides work!!
This weeks theme on American Idol is Billboard #1 songs. Connie, please choose wisely. Pick a good song. One that will complement your voice. Last week was fantastic but this week has to be better. You got the attention of the doubters with your performance last week. Now you have to hold their attention. Lots of great chatter about you this week from those who doubted you. You have to be consistant . You've got 'em looking and listening and you don't want to give them a chance to turn and look in the other direction. I think you should get some nice pants and shirt, not leather since Bo already did that last week. Maybe get your hair styled where it isn't in your face so people can see that sexy gaze but don't actually cut your hair! Just style it so it looks great!! Keep the length and for God's sake, stop kissing those female contestants!! LOL A hug for support is fine!!! Your acting skills help you out alot. You know how to work that camera and stage but remember, it's the VOICE!! You've got a good one so show it off!!! Ok..I've said enough. I'll end my nag session and can't wait to see you next week!! AI spoiler for tonight

Just read that the theme for tonight is the 60's. Connie sang "You make me so very happy" and rumor has it that the judges aka the three stooges thought it was one of his best performances!! Sounds great and gives us something to look forward to!! Also heard that eh hem....that other rocker did a great rendition of "Spinning Wheel" and was behind the judges up on a table or something really rockin' it up. Also heard that Anthony sucked, and that Nadia was awesome with her rendition of "You Don't Have To Say You Love Me". Mikalah.... sang "Son of a Preacher Man" and that the judges didn't like it very well. Praise be!!! That girl has to go! I can't stand it when she opens her mouth. PERIOD. That's all I'm telling ya!! The rest you'll have to watch yourself although I covered the main man...Constantine!!!

Still nothing but speculation as to why Mario left American Idol. No exact reason has been given. I guess all we can do, is wait and see if the truth ever comes out. Enquiring minds want to know! LOL
On a brighter note, tomorrow my Con man returns and I'm really looking forward to seeing him again. I hope he picks the perfect song for his voice and he continues moving up the ladder!! He has to make it at least to the top ten in order to go on the AI tour! I hope he makes it. He's got a decent chance! His fan base is growing daily!!!

Elli, hope you don't mind me borrowing your pic of Connie! If so, just let me know! Anywho........ I won't get to see his smiling face until Tuesday. How do I satisfy my Con Man addiction?? Playback all the AI appearances so far about a million times, also play the clips on my computer, and spend every spare moment on the net looking for more pics of my rocker man!! I was at work yesterday, (am I ever anywhere else??) and Con's rendition of "Hard to Handle" kept playing over and over in my head. I turned on the radio and low and behold, within 3 seconds the Black Crowes version came on !! I had to crank it up and drive everybody insane!! LOL If I can just live through today and tomorrow, I'll be off until Wed!! I can't wait!!!
On another note, my other favorite guy , Clay Aiken..is going to perform at the Indiana State Fair on Aug. 18th!! I bet those tickets will be gone in seconds!! Clay has taken himself a little (and long needed) break from touring and is doing lots of other things. Since I'm short on time at the moment, I'll have to get back to ya later on that info!!
My weekend plans...hmmmm....boring as usual. Tomorrow..work. After that, come home check email, look for more pics of Connie, check for more news about Clay, catch up the laundry, open all windows and doors and turn on the industrial sized fan to blow this dust off of everything and out the door, mop a few floors, watch a movie or two, and just hang out with some friends both in the real world and on the net. There might be some chinese food in my future! YUM!! Of course, those plans are all subject to change at a moments notice!!! With that said, I need to go and brush my teeth, drag a comb through my hair, slap on some anti B.O concoction, and get ready to go.

Moment of Truth

How can you say no to these eyes?

Tonight will be the moment of truth. Will Con move on to the top 12 or will he be returning home to Betty??? I guess we'll find out in about 14 hours. Either way, it was great! America got to meet the Con man, learned about Pray for the Soul of Betty, and I'm sure that stay or go..Con will still be around with a strong following. He might be better off not to go any further. AI already has their money hungry hooks in him enough as it is. For all I know, they already made him sign his soul away to them for the next umpteen years. AI is capable of anything. I think it's going to make an interesting book. I'd love to see just how crooked they really are. We already know that they push certain contestants down our throats and I'm sure they already made up their mind as to who is the next Idol winner and will make sure that it happens just the way they want it too.
Today will be a long day, that's for sure but somehow I have to put the whole Idol thing out of my mind and think about my job which I have to now get ready for. All these pesky little details just to make my life more difficult!! Sucks to be me!! LOL

::::Sigh::::: I caught a couple of glimpses of Con for a brief few seconds each time tonight. Every little glimpse is worth a million bucks imo. Tonight was the girls' night on American Idol. They are boring compared to the guys. Sorry to you Mikalah fans but she has just got to go!!! She's my worst nightmare's nightmare!!! UGH!!! If I had to pick, I think I would pick Nadia and Carrie although Carrie picked a pretty boring song. Her voice is good and she's very pretty but she has to spice it up a bit. JMO which we all know isn't worth a hoot but I like to voice it anyway.

I have to go back to work tomorrow. My days off just go by way too damn fast. Probably because I hate the damn place. It's not the work that I hate. It's the damn losers that I work with. I'm more or less scouting around to see if I can't find a job with a better working enviroment but jobs are pretty hard to come by lately. Guess I'll just have to deal and keep looking around. I've been there way too long. I should have left a long time ago but let somebody talk me into staying. What a mistake!! I should have ran like hell in the opposite direction. Oh, well..I guess ya gotta live and learn.

I saw a clip of Constantine on a show called Elimidate. Didn't see the whole show but the word via the grapevine was that he won the date with the girl. Lucky her!! I wish he would have been nuzzlin' my neck like that!! LOL I have to say that I like his hair longer. I wonder how that date turned out??? I kinda feel bad because I feel like I'm cheating. Along with Constantine, I'm a big Clay Aiken fan. Laugh if you want but the guy is adorable!! I love his voice and his personality but I also have a rock ~n~ roll side to me and Constantine fills that spot. The funny thing about rock ~n~ roll is you can switch to listening to pop, country, rap (which I personaly can't stand) hip hop(I don't like that either) disco..whatever ..but at some point, you always come back to rock ~n~ roll. Yes , folks. It's true. Rock ~n~ Roll will never die!!

The Con Man

Yes!! My hot and sexy Con man gets to remain on American Idol! I knew he would!! Constantine looked great Tuesday with that sexy black shirt!! Then last night, he had on a yellow shirt! The man looks great in yellow! He also ditched the jacket!!! I hope he doesn't wear the jacket for his next performance. He's really got to step up the pace the next time too! Bo Bice is pretty darn good and he has a lot of fans. I'd like to see both Bo and Con go all the way!! What!!! Get your mind out of the gutter!! I meant all the way to the final two on AI!!
Well, I have to get myself woke up here and get ready for work. Damn reality! I'm heading for the coffee pot!!! Can't wait for the next date in my living room with the Con man. YEAH!!!

First entries are a drag

Ok, I hate first entries but here I am. Not gonna bore you with my stupid little details. I'm going get straight to the heart of the matter which is... I watched American Idol last night and Constantine rocked it!!!! I thought he sounded great, looked great, and put on a great perfomance!! I know some of ya won't agree with me but that's ok..that's what makes us individuals. I know I'm not anyone important but here's some advice for ya, Con.(yeah, like he'll ever see this! LOL) Ditch the jacket! It's time for a change! Yes..it's hot and sexy but you need to present your sexiness in a new way next week! (and YES! You will still be there!!) Since I don't have a clue about how to sing I won't even attempt to go there. Other than that, just keep doing your best, giving your all , and pray!! I think it's great that AI has the rocker thing going on this season. Beats the crap out of all of those other sappy songs. We needed a change and now we have one!! Best of luck to Con and can't wait to see him again!
Ok..here's a movie suggestion..If you haven't seen "Saw" yet..I suggest you check it out. Kept me on the edge of my seat and the ending has a great twist! Other than that..you're on your own! Not for kids and not for those with weak stomachs. Just when you thought you were bored out of your mind, I came along and took it to a new level for ya!! LOL Do what I'm gonna do...Go get some Coffee!!!
